Q Are these valves certified for drinking water applications?A These valves are suitable for use with water. They are manufactured from 316L Stainless Steel which is corrosion resistant. They are not, however, certified by any governing body as being suitable for water applications.

These fittings are designed to be hand-tightened. You can use hand tools if desired but it is important to not overtighten any of the fittings.
