CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Job Summary Process customer purchase orders. Perform data entry relative to work orders and purchase orders. Answer customer phone calls Communicate with our vendors to obtain customization quotes and answers regarding product questions. Process requests for quotes Education & Experience High School or Equivalent Customer Service Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Customer service oriented with excellent telephone and email communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work with personnel at all levels of an organization. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Experience with Microsoft Office / Google Doc applications. Experience with Intuit Quickbooks Job Type: Part Time (25 hours per week) Work Location: Remote Must supply phone, personal computer and internet connectivity.
