Taxes & Additional Fees
Sanitary Fittings, LLC is located in Wisconsin and will apply all necessary sales tax charges to customers also located within the state of Wisconsin. Sanitary Fittings, LLC also collects sales tax for the following states: CA, IL, FL, MN, & RI. For all other orders, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay uncollected state and local sales tax. For all orders shipping outside of the United States, a line item of EX-Works is added. This indicates that all duties, taxes, import fees, and shipping are the responsibility of the purchaser. We do accept Tax Exempt certificates. Sanitary Fittings ship internationally. We only work with the following carriers: UPS, FedEx, DHL and select third-party freight carriers. For Canada and Mexico, a flat-rate of $24.99USD will be applied to any order under $250. All orders above that amount ship free to both Canada and Mexico.
Sanitary Fittings applies Ex-Works code to all international shipments. Meaning the buyer is responsible for all costs and risks associated with transporting the goods from the delivery location to their final destination. This includes loading, customs clearance, and transportation.
Terms of Use
Sanitary Fittings captures all credit card transactions at the time of purchase, not at the time of product shipment. In the event that an order needs to cancel, or refund issued, the dollar amount in question will be refunded via our gateway payment processor. Funds usually take 5 – 10 business days to credit an account. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, Sanitary Fittings reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. In such an event the order may be canceled and the customer has the option to purchase items at the corrected price.
