Is this product 3A Certified?
-
Q Is this product 3A Certified?A Not exactly. This question does not have a straight forward answer for the time being. The tri-clamp flange adapter consists of a flat tube flange, which is 3A compliant, and a tri-clamp ferrule, which is also 3A compliant. To make this adapter we simply weld the two pieces together. For all intents and purposes, this product should be 3A compliant. However, the product has not gone through 3A certification processes. The good news is that we are submitting this product to the 3A board for compliance approval. TL/DR: This product is not 3A compliant but we expect it to be approved very soon.
