Sanitary Tri-Clamp End Caps
The solid tri-clamp end cap is available in both 304 and 316L stainless steel alloys. This product is meant to cap an existing process line. Available in sizes ranging from 1/2 inch all the way to 12 inches. This product is manufactured in accordance with 3A Standards for sanitary grade line processing in the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries. This product is typically in stock in various sizes and can be shipped out the same day as your order.

Is there a burst pressure rating for these? I realize of course that the gasket will likely be the weak point of a leak to ambient if pressurized, however if you had a pressure spec for the gasket or for the flange/end cap itself that would be greatly appreciated. Looking at 1.5"ID Tube equivalent.

Bio-Pharm fittings have better finish options available at 20Ra and 15Ra. The lower the number the smoother the finish at a microscopic level.

However, we do have in-house manufacturing capabilities to make these here in the United States. Please contact us for a quote. We'll need to know how many and what alloy and size.
I wanted to confirm if the item (part number 16AMP6-050-075) is sterilized prior to packaging and shipping. Our company requires documentation of sterile products, so I wanted to ask, if the item is sterilized, would a certificate of sterility or a different document be sent along with the item?

However, we do offer an oxygen cleaning service which is what you want. This would cost an additional $10 per fitting and add about 10 days to the lead time of your order. We actually ship the parts out to a third party to complete this step.
Can you supply these end caps with mirror finish?

We can polish all of our fittings to a 20Ra (Roughness Average) finish. They can also be electropolished if necessary. While we don't guarantee you can see yourself in the fittings, they will be extremely bright, shiny and unblemished.
