Metal Detectable Tri-Clamp Gaskets offer a leak-proof, highly-durable option for your process needs.
We offer Tef-Steel PTFE, PTFE (Teflon), Silicone, FKM/Viton, Buna, or EPDM tri-clamp gaskets in a wide range of colors, including Black, Red, Blue, Grey, White, Clear, Yellow, Green, Purple, or Pink.
Tef-Steel is a 50/50 blend of modified PTFE and 316L atomized and passivated stainless steel, Tef-Steel delivers leak-proof, perfect surface performance with outstanding durability in SIP (steam in place), CIP (clean in place), WFI (water for injection) and hot oil applications. Tef-Steel is ideal for sanitary steam pipe connections in extreme temperatures ranging from -20°F to 500°F. The superior strength of Tef-Steel provides extended uptime because it eliminates cold flow and creep preventing maintenance problems and downtime. Tef-Steel gaskets are a good replacement for Tuf-Steel® gaskets.
Tri-clamp gaskets are used to make a secure, leak proof connection between clamp fittings and are offered in a variety sizes from 1/2" to 8". Please see Compound Selection Guide for compatibility information.

I am looking for a metal detectable rigid tri-clamp gasket. I need rigid for the ability to place it between flanges simply by spreading them apart. The flexible ones are much more difficult to install. I have used the regular rigid Teflon gaskets and they work well, but my application here requires them to be metal detectable.
