Description

Polished stainless steel clean-in-place spray balls are used to clean process tanks with a variety of patterns

Tube ends of spray ball is slightly larger than noted Tube OD to slip over butt-weld end. Locking pin (included) holds stationary spray ball in place. Spray Ball Patterns

  1. Q Do they come in FMPT or MPT?
    A These spray balls slide over existing tubing and are secured with a pin. Due to this configuration, we are unable to add any kind of alternative connection to them.
  2. Q Do you have flow rate/pressure curves for this spray ball?
    A

    We do not have flow rate/pressure curves for our spray balls.  The typical gallons per minute for these items is 40GPM.  The average pressure is around 25PSI.

  3. Q Do spray balls come with MTRs?
    A Yes, our spray balls do come with Material Test Reports (MTRs) upon request.
  4. Q Are these spray balls 3A certified?
    A Our spray balls are not manufactured in accordance with 3A Standards.
