Sanitary hose barb adapters connect tri-clamp process lines with external rubber hoses.
Tri-Clamp style hose adapter is available in both 304 & 316L stainless steel alloy. This product allows for both ease in assembly and breakdown of sanitary line process equipment. The grooved end provides a tight seal for rubber hose connection. Clamp end requires the use of single or double bolt pin along with rubber gasket to complete assembly.
Sizing Note: The Outside Diameter (OD) of the Hose Barb should match the Inside Diameter (ID) of your hose for connection purposes. Hoses can be securely attached using a worm clamp.

Q Do you sell metric tri-clover fittings? I need 34 mm.A We do carry DIN Metric Clamp Fittings, however, not for the tri-clamp hose barb adapter style. Out DIN fittings are limited to Ferrules, Clamps & Gaskets at this time.
How much pressure are these fittings rated for?

Q How much pressure are these fittings rated for?A These fittings are restricted with regards to pressure by the types of clamps utilized on both ends. I don't have pressure ratings for clamps on the hose adapter side but I can provide pressure ratings for the tri-clamp side depending upon which clamp is chosen. Please see our Tri-Clamp Selection Guide for pressure ratings per size of clamp.
Do these fittings meet the standard for ASTM A269, ASTM A270 and ASME BPE? Are they bright annealed and under 35 Ra surface roughness? Is there an option for electropolish?

Q Do you sell the hoses or other attachments for this product?A Unfortunately no we do not carry hoses or other products to secure to the tri-clover rubber hose adapter. Depending upon the pressure in your processing lines you may be able to get away with fitting the hose snug over the adapter coupled with a zip tie or aluminum slip for additional support.
