The Clear Nutriflo Hose is only ribbed on the outside. The inside of this hose is smooth for food and beverage transferring.

Bend Radius is dependent upon the hose's inside diameter. Here are some numbers in inches:
1 1/2" Hose - Bend Radius = 6.0"
2" Hose - Bend Radius = 8.0 "
3" Hose - Bend Radius =12.0 "
Instead of a straight tri clamp end, are you able to crimp on an elbow tri clamp?

What is the best way to fit 1-1/2″ 1″ Tri-Clamp x Hose Barb Adapter into this hose? We are currently in the process of changing out some of our older connections and having a bit a trouble putting in the adapter without damaging the hose. Is there any trick/hack to easily putting on the adapter?

The best trick we have found is hot water. We put PVC hose ends in boiling water for 30-60 seconds. This really softens the up and make pushing the fittings in much easier. Hope this helps
